*15 min. The jumpstart. For those who have very limited time, but still wants to do yoga.
*30 min. Over the main series and here you will find more variations of the poses. Show more slowly and is an excellent set of exercises from which you can start to build their practice of Ashtanga Yoga.
*45 min. A good step for those who want to master the complete first sequence of exercises (Full First Series), which takes 1.5 hours. If you master this series, but in future it will be easy to go to the whole of the first sequence.

Recording starts with a dynamic and elegant demonstration by David Swenson, followed by a detailed introduction. As always, David is very clear in his explanations and his English is available for easy ponimaniya.On also regularly offers different variations of the execution of asanas, with which you will be close to their original execution.
